The Quranic Law of Attraction

Posted: October 1, 2009 in Uncategorized

My head feels heavy, my heart is beating fast, I’m trying to find the best way of doing things, haven’t found it yet, and isn’t going to stop, I’m getting there, I’m half way there, I’m going to find the way, I will. I believe in the power of positive mind, I would suggest the book “The Quranic Law of Attraction” to those out there who are interested in opening their view and jumping in to the positive side. I warn you however, I was not impressed with the language, though I have to admit the approach is rather basic and easy to understand. The writer use a lot of repetition and basic structure of introduction, the elaboration and concludes to his point in every section.  I couldn’t remember the name of the author though; I was never really good at names so it wasn’t a surprise. LOL. The law of attraction is not new to the westerner; there has been a lot of book written on it. It explains things as how your mind or they way you view things can actually attracts and create vibration on the world around you. Those positive things attracts and give out good vibration around them and in turn received good respond from the outside world  as well. We are all connected. The different about this book, which is written by a Muslim is that he relates the ideas of law of attraction to the Quran, implying that the Quran has already stated it  and how to apply it in our life. Grateful as I am being born as Muslim because as the things evolved around this world makes sense in our religion. Just as the creation of human explained by science, it has already been written in Quran long before human knows what science is. That means an extra understanding from our side, and the things that makes sense, just makes sense even more. And now you can start to wonder what on earth do I mean? LOL . One thing tough, the book is written in Malay language. As much as BM is my first language, and as fluent as I am in the colloquial forms of the language, and as weak as I am in English language and as strong as my determination to improve in the language, I prefer to read stuff which are written in English.  Not just any stuff though, when I was young, ( Adi is always bothered when I said  this, here’s a bit of sort of our common lines)

almas: When I was young…..

adi: Kak Mas, you’re saying that as if you are so old already, you’re only 2 years older than me. It’s better if you say ‘younger’…

Almas: owh, I feel old already, ok when I was younger……

Continue, when I was younger, I didn’t mind that much on the stuff I read, I even dig the science-fiction books, like Lord of the ring an stuff, but now I am more particular and would go for motivation, self-help, business, time/financial management  etc. such books.LOL. Yes old is indeed the word for me. I think being old is a privilege, the older the wiser (I hope). LOL.

and so have I not just been digressing on the irrelevant topic?.LOL, since I don’t care, check out the book you positive people! and i don’t mean that in a sarcastic way=p
